Money and Time-Saving Tips When In Las Vegas

Nov 8th, 2011 Andre Milankovich

Just when you thought that you knew everything that you need to survive the busy and crowded nights of Las Vegas, you might as well think over again. There will always something more and something new that you never thought would be your next ally or enemy when visiting Las Vegas. If in case you are telling me that you visit Las Vegas at least every year to be able to say that you are knowledgeable in all the things that you need to know, I am sorry to tell you but things change in Las Vegas almost on a regular basis.

Visiting Las Vegas at least once every year will not be enough to be able to say that you are an expert. Even the people who live in Las Vegas don't know some situations that they are encountering on a regular basis.

If you want to save a lot of money, I suggest that you visit Las Vegas during the weekdays. It would be smarter if you would go to Las Vegas during the mid-week because almost all the hotels and the available rooms would cost triple of what they would normally cost during the weekdays. You would also be able to avoid the long and crowded lines everywhere.

As you all know, there are people everywhere in Las Vegas so expect to have long and really crowded lines in Las Vegas during the weekends. By visiting Las Vegas during the mid-week, you can be sure that you will not only be saving on your cash but precious time as well.

If you want to try your luck without having to spend a lot of cash, I suggest you go to the Player's Club desk, register and then ask for a free player's card. This is actually the best way to go if you don't have any intentions of gambling but then you just don't have the heart to miss out on all the fun of gambling since you are in Las Vegas. The next thing you know, the casinos where you have signed up with will be sending you lots of promotions and even free room accommodations just for you to pay them a visit in the near future.

Just like any other gamblers who go to Las Vegas to have all the fun they could have with their money, set a budget. Do not spend more than what you actually intend to. The smart gamblers in Las Vegas can either do their math wisely or they set s budget for their gambling. Do not lose all your money with just one go. There will be a lot more of things you could do in Las Vegas than just gamble.

If you could do the math real nicely and quickly, you would really avoid those slot machines. They suck your money slowly like a slug sucking blood slowly without you even noticing it. The keyword here is cheap. You would not surely mind losing $0.25 at one go. However, you would not notice that you have been there for the past 16 hours and you have already lost $600 lost by then.
